Soma Grand luxury condos wanted a marketing video that evoked the community, beyond the physical amenities of its units. To accommodate this goal, we focused the resulting piece on the people who lived in the Soma Grand, their relationships with the staff, and the neighborhood of the building. We interviewed several residents, captured footage of the common spaces and neighborhood and produced a short video to capture these central points.
